2. Your Member Account
2.1 Registration and Opening of Your Member Account

Funds in your member account that have not yet been used for betting are considered “available betting funds” and represent the maximum amount you may use to bet in any game.

88KQJ will carry out additional verification procedures for any payment exceeding the equivalent of USD 2,500. However, 88KQJ reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures for payments below this amount.
2.5 Withdrawals from Your Personal User Account
2.5.1
You may withdraw any amount up to the amount of your “available betting funds” in your 88KQJ account by submitting a valid withdrawal request through the Website.
2.5.2
If you wish to withdraw all funds from your user account, you must cancel any outstanding bets you have placed.
2.5.3
Withdrawals must be made through the Website. 88KQJ will not accept withdrawal requests made by phone or email. In addition, 88KQJ employees are not permitted to bypass this process.

For user protection, within any 24-hour period, a user may withdraw a maximum amount of USD 5,000 unless otherwise approved by prior agreement.

2.5.6
88KQJ reserves the right to credit you using the same method that you used to deposit funds into the system.
2.5.7
88KQJ may request documents to verify your identity for each withdrawal.
2.5.8
For withdrawal requests of winnings exceeding USD 100,000, 88KQJ reserves the right to pay the winnings over a period of 10 months, with interest applied to each payment.
2.5.9
To ensure fairness in betting, we will review all player betting records. If we find any abnormal betting activity that differs from normal betting patterns, including but not limited to equal bets, zero bets, bets below the margin, or hedge betting, and if 88KQJ determines that abnormal betting has occurred, 88KQJ reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and confiscate all winnings and bonuses.
2.5.10
Before withdrawing deposited cash or winnings, at least 1x turnover must be completed. If the user chooses to proceed otherwise, the user may only withdraw the amount deposited, whether or not a bonus has been claimed, provided that the full bonus amount remains in the account or may be withdrawn by 88KQJ. For example, if a user deposits USD 20 and 88KQJ offers USD 20 as a deposit bonus, the user will have USD 40 in their account. Before meeting the wagering requirement, which is usually 40 times the bonus amount, the user may wish to withdraw the deposited amount of USD 20. 88KQJ will remove the bonus and any winnings or losses before the withdrawal is approved. If the user has already wagered part of the total account balance, the user may request to withdraw the remaining funds after the bonus amount has been returned to 88KQJ. 88KQJ reserves the right to reject or void any bonus offered to any user for reasons including, but not limited to, user misconduct or breach of terms.
2.5.11
For processing cumulative withdrawals exceeding USD 2,500, users are required to provide 88KQJ with a copy of a valid passport or official identification card to verify identity and age, as well as a recent utility bill in the user’s name dated within the last 3 months to verify residence. In the case of deposits made by credit card, users may be asked to submit copies of the front and back of the credit card used, showing only the first six and last four digits on the front and hiding the CVV2 number on the back.
2.5.12
88KQJ also reserves the right to request the documents mentioned in Clause 2.5.11 from any account holder who has made withdrawals below USD 2,500.
2.5.13
Withdrawals to credit/debit cards are not available for Visa, Visa Electron, or Mastercard.
2.5.14
In accordance with applicable laws, 88KQJ will transfer funds only to the same account from which the user’s deposit originated.
2.5.15
The minimum payout amount is USD 10. For payouts below USD 50.00, 88KQJ reserves the right to charge a transaction fee.
2.5.16
88KQJ reserves the right to limit winnings payouts to USD 10,000 per week.
2.6 Closing Your Member Account
2.6.1
You may close your account at any time, and 88KQJ will return all funds in your account, subject to deduction of any relevant withdrawal costs. To close your account, you must cancel any bets that you have placed and that remain active in the system.
2.6.2
The refund method shall be at our discretion.
2.6.3
88KQJ reserves the right to close your account and return the balance of your “available betting funds,” subject to withdrawal fees. 88KQJ has sole discretion in making such decisions and is not required to provide prior notice.
2.6.4
If you do not log in to your member account via the internet using your username and password for a period of 1 year, all remaining balances in your account will be removed from your member account after notification has been sent to your registered email address.

88KQJ reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus rewards if such bonuses are not used within 6 months from the date the reward is announced.
3. Your Obligations as a Player
3.1 You declare and confirm that:

3.2 Account Closure or Temporary Account Suspension
3.2.1
If no transactions occur in a player’s account for a consecutive period of 12 months, the player’s account will be suspended. We will send an email notification to the player in the 11th month informing them that 88KQJ will deduct a maintenance fee of EUR 5 per month from the player’s account. After 88KQJ begins deducting the fee, if the player resumes placing bets, 88KQJ will return the deducted fees to the player’s account, excluding cases where the player only logs in but does not place any bets. The player must contact customer service to request the return of the fee. If no transactions occur in the player’s account for 30 consecutive months, 88KQJ reserves the right to close the member account.
4. Responsible Gaming
4.1
Players may use their own discretion to set betting limits. 88KQJ provides the following gaming limit options:
- Maximum betting limit within a period selected by the player
- Maximum loss limit within a period selected by the player
- Limit on the duration a player may stay logged in per login session
- Login restriction, where the player will not be able to log in for a period selected by the player

When setting up a personal account, players may set betting limits. This means players can limit the maximum amount they wish to deposit and bet. Players will only be able to deposit and bet according to the limits they have set for a period of 7 days.
